Mercer towards putting things right for our German forests

15/03/2023

Welcome to our Growing forests – Growing a future website! Mercer Holz is pleased to launch the website in conjunction with our initiative in partnering with our forest owners to collaboratively combat the effects of the bark beetle infestation and other climate change events causing far-reaching devastation to the German forests.

Throughout the next few years, our website will feature details and reports about new planting events. We will also update our site with interviews from forest owners and those in the forestry industry, so we get meaningful, first-hand insights from people dealing with these pressing issues on a daily basis—and be inspired by how, one forest at a time, the future for all Germans is greener, better and brighter.
